What is life coaching?
It’s a structured conversation designed to help you think clearly about what’s going on in your life, consider possible options and work out a practical way forward.
Life coaching with me provides a calm, honest and non-judgemental space where you can talk things through and look at things from a different perspective.
Unlike friends or family who are personally involved in your life, a life coach offers an objective space where you can speak openly and reflect on what’s happening.
Many people find that simply having the time to talk things through with someone neutral helps them see things more clearly and move forward with confidence.

How does coaching actually work?
Coaching usually begins with a conversation.
My role is to listen carefully; ask thoughtful questions and help you look at things in a clear and practical way.
Often the most useful part of coaching is turning ideas and conversations into practical steps you can apply in your everyday life.
My focus is always on practical actions that make everyday life feel easier and more manageable.
Rather than telling you what to do, I help you think things through so that the decisions and plans you make feel right for you and your life.
What coaching sessions with me look like
When people come to coaching, we usually start by talking through what’s going on in their lives and what they would like to feel different.
As we talk, things often start to become clearer and it becomes easier to see where to focus first.
From there, we work together to create a practical plan that feels manageable and realistic for everyday life.
Coaching then becomes about taking small, achievable steps forward. Between sessions you may try out ideas, make changes or put new approaches into practice, and we review what’s working well and what might need adjusting.

Thinking about coaching?
If you’re wondering whether coaching might be helpful for you, the best way to find out is simply to have a conversation.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory chat, which gives us the chance to talk about what’s going on in your life and explore whether coaching might be helpful for you.
It’s a chance for me to learn a little about you and for you to ask any questions you may have, so we can both see whether coaching together would feel like a good fit.
